Also, a number of building product manufacturers, representing a cross section of activities, were consulted to understand what they considered important.
Detailed telephone interviews with 140 key construction decision makers were conducted. These represented medium to larger organisations in housebuilding, architecture, engineering, main contracting and specialist contracting.
